This artwork is part of a trio of musicians, one each playing horn, sax, and bass. Jazz is a genre of music that I have loved since a young child. Big Band and orchestra music held me in their melodic grasps from the moment I heard Nat King Cole sing. Then I heard Bebop and my loyalty to jazz was solidified. The sound of the horn is so versatile, depending on the musician. Being from New Orleans I am used to New Orleans Jazz including Dixieland, Modern, Traditional, Ragtime, and Blues-ish styles.
